The service

Trades Workflow provides field-service management software on a subscription basis. Plans and features are described on the pricing page; features may be added or improved over time.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for complying with laws applicable to your business, including employee location-tracking consent and customer communication rules.
• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your accounts.

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Trials convert only with your explicit action and configured billing setup.

Liability

The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
