Trades Workflow ("we") provides business software for field service companies. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: company and user names, emails, roles.
• Business data you enter: customers, jobs, work orders, estimates, invoices, payment records, and related operational records.
• Technician location: collected only while a technician is signed in with location enabled, used for dispatch and routing; visible to that technician's company office staff only.
• Leads: information submitted on our demo, contact, and trial forms.

How we use it

• To operate the service for your company.
• To support demos, onboarding, and account communication.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Each company's data is isolated; no other company can access it.

Retention and contact

Data is retained while your account is active. For deletion or questions, contact us.
