Pricing

Simple pricing for contractor teams

Every plan runs the same core workflow: customers, jobs, work orders, dispatch, technician portal, estimates, invoices, and follow-up. Each plan includes users in its base price and bills the rest at a published per-user rate.

Plans

Included users first, then a published rate for every user after that.

Every team size has a published price

The add-on rates are the whole model. Nothing between one user and twenty resolves to "ask us".

Team sizePlanMonthlyHow it works
1 userSolo$60Flat rate.
2–5 usersSmall Team$175Five users are included, so a team of 2 pays the same as a team of 5.
6–8 usersSmall Team$210–$280$175 plus $35 for each user beyond the fifth: $210 at 6, $245 at 7, $280 at 8.
9–10 usersGrowing Business$300At 9 users the add-ons would reach $315, so the flat $300 plan takes over and covers 10. Growing never raises your bill above the next plan.
11–19 usersGrowing Business$330–$570$300 plus $30 for each user beyond the tenth: $330 at 11, $450 at 15, $570 at 19.
20+ usersEnterprise$500–$500 includes twenty users, then $25 for each user beyond the twentieth: $625 at 25, $750 at 30. Because Enterprise starts at twenty seats, its $500 base is less than 17, 18 or 19 users cost — the calculator on the homepage says so when it applies.

Pricing FAQ

Did the plans or prices change?
No. Starter remains $59/mo, Growth remains $149/mo, Pro remains $279/mo, and Enterprise remains custom.
Which plan should a new owner-operator choose?
Starter is the simplest fit for an owner-operator who needs customers, jobs, dispatch, estimates, invoices, and a professional workflow without advanced automation.
Which plan fits a growing team?
Growth is usually the fit for shops adding technicians, improving dispatch, tracking job costs, and preparing stronger invoicing and accounting workflows.
When should I choose Pro?
Pro is for teams that want repeatable growth workflows like memberships, review requests, marketing follow-ups, and AI-assisted workflow support as configured.
What is Enterprise for?
Enterprise is for larger operations that need custom seats, onboarding, data migration planning, contracts, permissions, and implementation support.
Will I be billed silently after the trial?
No. The trial page states that billing activates only when payment setup is configured for the account.
Can I add users later?
Yes. The pricing page keeps the included-seat message and makes it clear that seats can be added as the team grows.
Are payment and QuickBooks workflows guaranteed active on every account?
No. The copy uses configured, ready, and integration-ready wording where appropriate so the website does not overpromise.
